Communications Advisory Board

The Communications Advisory Board advises the Director on general policy for Communication Services and recommends guidelines for associate editors, peer review, and annual budgetary allocations. The board, which meets quarterly, includes ANR specialists, faculty, and advisors, who may or may not also be associate editors. Board members are appointed by the Vice President-ANR and serve staggered three-year terms. The Director of Communication Services, the Director of Governmental & External Relations, and the Chair of the Associate Editors serve on the board as ex-officio members.

The Board is actively seeking nominees to replace Board members who will be terming out this year. If you are interested in serving on the Board or you would like to nominate a colleague, please download a Communications Advisory Board application form. Send the completed form to Board Chair Dennis Pittenger by August 15, 2008.
